Leron secured a confident win with a score of 143-129, advancing to the semifinals where he faced Costa Rica’s Gonzalez Aguero Joseph for a chance to compete for the gold. In a closely fought match, Leron narrowly lost 139-141, sending him to the bronze medal match against Argentina’s Luengo Saavedra Agustin. Demonstrating his resilience, Leron triumphed, securing the bronze medal with a score of 140-125.

After the competition, his mother and coach, Lisa Rolle, expressed her pride in Leron’s journey. “Leron has been shooting for just 2.5 years, yet he has achieved so much. He’s faced numerous challenges, negativity, and attempts to hinder his growth in the sport, but he serves an ALMIGHTY GOD who sees and knows all. With faith, self-drive, discipline, and determination, I believe Leron will accomplish everything God has in store for him. As his mother and coach, I am overwhelmed with pride to see him represent not only The Bahamas but also his archery club, Trinity Flames Archery, and the entire Caribbean archery community.”
She also extended her gratitude to the archery community for their continued support. Currently ranked 220th in the world with a 9.16 average, a 56% match win rate, and a perfect 100% record in tie-break situations, Leron is a rising star to watch in the world of archery.
