Purpose
To provide accessible archery equipment to members in need.
Eligibility

Rentals are available only to active members of the Federation in good standing.

Priority is given to:

Youth or new members

Participants in federation-sanctioned programs, classes, or tournaments

Rental Fees
-
Per session: $5–$10 (e.g., for lessons or open shoots)

Monthly rental: $20–$35 (flat rate for casual use)

Youth under 16: May receive subsidized or free rental depending on grant funding or donations
Included Equipment
Rental may include:
All equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bow (type depends on availability: recurve, compound, or traditional)

Arrows (3–6 per session)

Armguard and finger tab or release
-
Quiver (if available)
✅ Conditions of Use

Equipment must be:

Used only at approved venues or events

Handled with care and respect

Returned in the same condition as issued

Members are responsible for loss or damage due to neglect or misuse
Return Policy

Equipment must be returned:

Immediately after each session (for single-use rentals)

Or by agreed return date (for longer-term loans)

Late returns may incur a late fee or suspension of rental privileges
Liability and Waiver

A rental agreement and liability waiver must be signed by the member (or parent/guardian if under 18) before borrowing any equipment.
⚠️ Violations

Lost or damaged gear due to negligence may result in a replacement fee

Repeated violations may result in the suspension of rental privileges
Optional: Instructor Approval

For beginners, the equipment may only be used under instructor’s supervision
