VI Field Archery Federation Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in archery activities, including the use of bows, arrows, and related equipment, involves inherent risks that may result in injury, disability, or even death.
By signing this waiver, I agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily choose to participate in archery activities and acknowledge the associated risks. I assume full responsibility for any personal injury, damage, or loss that may result from my participation. -
Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless the VI Field Archery Federation, its officers, volunteers, instructors, event organizers, and property owners from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of my participation in any Federation-sponsored activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. -
Medical Treatment
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize the Federation to seek medical assistance on my behalf and release them from any responsibility related to treatment decisions. -
Equipment Use
If I borrow equipment from the Federation, I agree to use it safely and return it in good condition. I accept responsibility for damage due to negligence. -
Compliance with Rules
I agree to follow all safety and range rules, instructions from instructors or range officers, and all policies of the Federation. -
Photography Release (optional)
I grant permission to the Federation to use photos or videos taken of me during events for promotional purposes unless I request otherwise in writing.
